Carlos Paulet, PCC/ACTC, is an accomplished CEO of X-Factor Consulting Group since October 2006, focusing on enhancing performance and results. As the Founding Director of Catalina Art since March 2016, Carlos advocates for bringing art to children with cancer, facilitating emotional expression and creativity in challenging environments. In addition, Carlos serves as an Executive Coach and Expert Facilitator at Landit, aiming to democratize career success for diverse groups. With a strong background in leadership training, Carlos holds positions as Vice President of Technology at The Alexcel Group and Senior Leadership Facilitator at Westwood International. Carlos has contributed to professional development as an Executive Coach for multiple organizations, including CoachSource LLC, Peakinsight LLC, and Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith.
