Emily L. Pasnak-Lapchick

Emily L. Pasnak-Lapchick has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching, social impact, and human rights. Currently, they are working as a Career and Life Coach and Social Impact Consultant at Chrysalis Exchange, where they support individuals and organizations engaged in social change work. Emily L. specializes in career support, managing transitions, stress management, and self-doubt. Additionally, Emily serves as a Leadership & Development Coach at Quantuvos, focusing on providing coaching to underrepresented communities. Emily L. also had a role as a Shop Steward at Communications Workers of America, where they supported co-workers with workplace issues and negotiated contracts. Emily's experience also includes working as a Consultant for Crossing Point Arts, contributing to their mission of using expressive arts to heal survivors of human trafficking. Emily L. has conducted research on deported veterans in Mexico as a Researcher at Trans-Border Institute, University of San Diego. Emily has also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Changemaker Hub at the University of San Diego.

Furthermore, Emily has been involved with UNICEF USA in various roles, including Manager and Program Officer for the End Trafficking Project. Emily L. led training efforts on human trafficking and worked towards raising awareness and taking action to protect children. Emily L. also served as an End Trafficking Fellow through the Global Citizenship Fellows Program. Prior to that, Emily interned at UNICEF USA, focusing on volunteer and community partnerships.
