Chip Malloy

Chip Malloy has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Chip is currently the Vice President of Operations at Coastal Medical Lifespan, where they lead and manages strategic and operational initiatives to ensure better health and care for the organization's patient population. Previously, Chip served as the Managing Director at Press Ganey, where they collaborated with CEOs and teams to drive care continuum transformation. Chip also led the account teams and oversaw hospital client services in areas such as patient experience, quality, safety, and workforce engagement. Prior to that, Chip held multiple roles at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, including Senior Administrator in various departments, Administrator of Pulmonary Services, Director of Pulmonary Care, and Respiratory Care Practitioner. In addition, they have also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Saint Joseph's University and Thomas Jefferson University.

Chip Malloy completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Respiratory Care from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Chip then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University, which they completed in the year 2010. Chip also holds several certifications, including completing the Leadership Academy from Thomas Jefferson University in June 2017. Chip is a certified Crucial Conversation Facilitator and a Respiratory Care Practitioner with a Pennsylvania State License. Additionally, they have obtained training as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals.
