Natalie Cross

Natalie Cross is a NOAA Coastal Management Fellow at Coastal States Organization, focusing on driving systemic change in coastal zone management programs. Previously, Natalie worked as an Outreach Lead & Lab Assistant on the R/V Sikuliaq, a Policy Research Fellow at Urban Ocean Lab, and as a Researcher at Hopkins Marine Station of Stanford, studying blue whale behavior. Natalie also has experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Stanford Earth and has a background in marine research and environmental education.
