Myra Whittemore

Myra Whittemore is a seasoned Voice Over Artist at Coastal Talent since November 2014, recognized for a lush and crisp voice that excels in commercial, instructional, and character performances with both dramatic and comedic delivery. Additionally, Myra serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Charleston's Department of Communication since September 2007, honored with the Adjunct Faculty of the Year award in 2015 and nominated for Distinguished Adjunct Faculty in 2014. Myra teaches courses including Message Design and Influence, Principles and Methods of Rhetoric, Public Speaking, and Visual Communication. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Institutional Assessment and Communication Coordinator at the College of Charleston from January 2003 to December 2008, focusing on publications, training materials, and policy communication. Myra Whittemore holds an MA in Professional Communication from Clemson University and a BA in Communication from the College of Charleston.
