Mindy Montgomery

Mindy Montgomery has a strong background in financial reporting and auditing. Mindy started their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2002 and worked their way up to become an Audit Senior Manager. During their time at Deloitte, Mindy provided managerial oversight to engagement teams, conducted financial statement audits, and ensured compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Mindy also worked in the National Office, where they developed auditing content for the firm's audit manual.

In 2013, Mindy joined CoBank as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, where they prepared shareholder reports and reviewed regulatory reporting. Mindy was subsequently promoted to Director and then Vice President of Financial Reporting, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing a team and driving cross-collaboration with other projects and initiatives.

Most recently, Mindy has taken on the role of Vice President of ESG and Corporate Sustainability at CoBank.

Mindy Montgomery earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Mindy has additional certifications, including being a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional obtained in October 2023. Mindy also holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications from the State of Colorado Board of Accountancy, the State of Connecticut Board of Accountancy, and the Oklahoma Board of Accountancy. Mindy is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
