Natalya Rivkin has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on the food and agriculture sectors. Natalya began their career at U.S. Bank in 1994, where they worked as a Personal and Small Business Banking Associate for four years. Natalya then joined Key Bank as a Credit Analyst in the Upper Middle Market Lending Group, where they conducted credit analysis and developed credit-structuring alternatives. In 2000, Rivkin moved to CoBank, starting as an Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer in the Regional and Corporate Agribusiness division. During their time at CoBank, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer, where they provided financial analysis and prepared credit write-ups for presentation to the Credit Committee. From 2006 to 2008, Rivkin worked at CIT as a Vice President and Senior Underwriter, managing the underwriting process for cash flow, asset-based, and real estate loan transactions within the Food, Beverage, and Agriculture division. Natalya then returned to CoBank, where they held various roles, including Senior Credit Officer and Associate Relationship Manager, Vice President, Food & Agribusiness - Corporate Finance, and Managing Director / Head of Large Corporate Food, Beverage, Specialty Crops, and CPG Sector Coverage. In these roles, Rivkin led teams of banking professionals, conducted industry research, analyzed borrowers, and recommended loan structures. Natalya also managed account relationships and was responsible for recruitment, hiring, and development. Before joining CoBank, Rivkin worked at U.S. Bank as a Portfolio Manager in the Food Industries division, where they conducted financial analyses and helped secure new customer commitments. Natalya Rivkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In 2019, they also attended the Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
