Nikki Ringler

Nikki Ringler currently serves as the Director of Operations at Cobblestone Farms, where responsibilities include budget development and management, overseeing P&L, and educating staff on financial operations. Previously, Nikki was the Head of Operations at Sport & Story, leading project launches and improving company performance through optimized operations. Nikki's experience also includes roles as a Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, where skills in vendor management, budget oversight, and project coordination were emphasized. Prior to transitioning into operations, Nikki spent several years as a public school teacher in various school districts. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arkansas.
