Casey Mertens

Casey Mertens has a solid background in Human Resources, with progressive roles at different companies. Starting as a Human Resources Generalist at CoBank in 2014, they moved on to roles at Cobham and Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, culminating in Senior Director positions. In 2023, they joined Frontgrade Technologies as a Senior Director of Human Resources.

Casey Mertens obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009-2013, followed by a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Change & Innovation from the University of Colorado Denver in 2013-2014.
