Donna Kelly has over four years of experience in sourcing specialist roles. Donna currently serves as a Principal Sourcing Specialist at AMS, where they provide talent and resourcing solutions for leading companies. Prior to that, Donna worked as a Lead Sourcing Specialist at Cobham, where they directly sourced for Cobham Mission Systems. Donna has experience working with multinational companies and delivering a range of recruitment solutions.

Donna Kelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Queen's University Belfast, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006.
