Simone Lima

Simone Lima has a diverse range of work experience spanning several years. Simone most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer & Operational Efficiency at Cobli since December 2022. Prior to that, Simone was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cobli from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Cobli, Simone worked as the Director of People at unico IDtech from August 2020 to June 2021. Simone also held a role in Events at HR Tech Community from August 2019 to March 2021.

In 2019, Simone worked at Nubank as the Head of HR from March 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at OLX Brasil, including Head of Culture and Organizational Development from October 2018 to March 2019, Head of Talent Management from April 2017 to October 2018, Employee Journey Manager from October 2016 to April 2017, and Customer Lifecycle Management Consultant from July 2015 to October 2016.

Simone also has experience working at Dotz as a Customer Experience Manager from August 2013 to July 2015, and as a BI and CRM Coordinator from August 2010 to July 2013. Additionally, they worked at Impacta Tecnologia as a Professor at graduation from February 2011 to August 2013, and at Senac as a Professor at pos graduation from May 2012 to April 2013. Simone also worked as a Professor at pos graduation at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul from November 2011 to December 2011, and as a Professor at graduation at UNIP from August 2010 to June 2011.

Simone Lima has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2007, they pursued a graduation in System Analysis at Jobs in São Paulo. In 2008, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a course in Strategic Management: Loyalty and Retention of customers. In 2009, they further enhanced their knowledge with a Pos graduation in Marketing Engineering from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. In 2012 to 2015, Simone attended IEDIH to obtain a degree in Psycho-ontology with a focus on Psychology. Simone then pursued an MBA in Marketing, Course in Brazil and France, Eurozone accredited diploma from Université Grenoble Alpes from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they completed a Training program in Interaction and Visual Design at Cooper Professional Education. Simone also explored other fields, including Consumer neuroscience at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2016 and People Analytics at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Exercising Leadership: foundational principles" from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in July 2020, "Multiplicadores" from Perestroika in January 2019, "Trainer in Unconscious biases" from Schibsted in October 2018, "Coach Leader" from UM% in June 2018, "PI Analyst" from The Predictive Index in May 2018, and "Chora PPT" from Perestroika in November 2017.
