Mike Yagley

Mike Yagley has extensive work experience in the field of innovation and research, particularly in the golf industry. Mike started their career in 1986 as an engineer at Chamberlain Research & Development. From 1989 to 1994, they worked as an Aerodynamics Engineer at Boeing. In 1994, they joined Maxfli as a Testing Manager. Mike then moved to Callaway Golf in 1997, where they initially worked as a Sr. Testing Manager. At Callaway Golf, Mike held various roles including Sr. Principal Engineer, Sr. Director of Golf Ball R&D, VP of Golf Ball Brand Management, and VP of Business Innovation. Mike worked at Callaway Golf until 2010. Since 2011, Mike has been associated with COBRA PUMA GOLF, where they have held the positions of Director of Innovation, Research, and Testing; Sr. Director Of Innovation / AI; and currently, they serve as VP of Innovation and AI.
