Stephanie Oueda Cruz

Stephanie Oueda Cruz serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Tiffany & Co. since September 2023 and is an Advisor to the President for Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Inter-American Development Bank. With a career rooted in diversity and inclusion, Stephanie has been the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at IDB Invest since 2017 and the Associate Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Coca-Cola European Partners since 2015. Additionally, Stephanie has held various roles at L'Oréal, including Head of International Diversity, and has been an Associate Lecturer in Inter-Cultural Management at Sorbonne University since 2015. Previous experience includes positions at the Mexican Consulate in Montreal and the General Department of the United Nations – Mexico Relations. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Bachelor's degrees in Political Science - Administration and European Studies - Languages from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, respectively, alongside a French education at Lycée Français de Mexico.
