Jiya Jose is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the field of biosciences and marine sciences. Currently serving as Scientist D at the Department of Biosciences, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences since May 2023, Jiya also holds the position of Research Associate at Cochin University of Science and Technology since 2020. Previous roles include Researcher in a collaborative project at Pushpagiri Medical College, where Jiya conducted cell culture work and animal experiments, and Postdoctoral Researcher at both Stockholm University and Mahatma Gandhi University. Jiya's earlier career includes significant contributions as a Senior Research Fellow and Project Assistant at the National Institute of Oceanography. Jiya completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Marine Sciences at the National Institute of Oceanography from 2010 to 2014.
