The current leadership team at CODA has a wide range of experience in different aspects of business. The team includes a Director of Human Resources, a Director of Finance, and a Clinic Manager. This team has a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful business, from the financial side to the human resources side. They are also well-educated, with degrees in Sociology, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and Accounting.
