Michael Cho

Michael Cho is the General Counsel at Coda since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Verifone as Counsel from July 2016 to February 2021. Michael also has experience in Mergers and Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from June 2012 to July 2016. They have a strong educational background, having attended University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, The Wharton School, Stuyvesant High School, Wesleyan University, and University of Oxford.
