Roger Richard

Roger Richard has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the quality assurance field. Roger is currently working as the Senior Director of Quality at Codagenix Inc., where they oversee and manages all QA and QC activities. Prior to this, they worked at GreenLight Biosciences, Inc., where they served as the Director of Quality Assurance and led the implementation of quality systems for manufacturing a Phase I mRNA vaccine therapy. Roger has also held positions at Cytiva (formerly GE Life Sciences) as a QA Site Lead, GE Healthcare as a QA Site Lead, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Senior QA Manager for Cell Therapy, IDEXX Laboratories as the US Reference Labs Quality Manager, Genzyme as a Principal Quality Auditor for GMP Compliance, Genzyme - Clinical Specialty Laboratory as a Staff Scientist 1, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Transfusion Medicine Compliance Officer, and American Red Cross - Biomedical Services as an Associate Director of Quality Management. Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing quality systems, and managing QA and QC activities.

Roger Richard obtained their Associate Degree in Applied Science (Laboratory Technology) from the Community College of the Air Force in 1991. Roger then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology at Park University in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Roger pursued their Master of Science degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs & Health Policy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
