Leila Green is currently the Talent Lead at Codat. Prior to this, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at DueDil, Head of Talent at Play Consulting, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hostmaker.

Leila has over three years of experience in talent acquisition and has been instrumental in building and implementing talent acquisition strategies that have helped their previous companies scale and grow. Leila is passionate about finding and developing leaders and future executives and believes that everyone has the potential to be great if given the right opportunity.
