Tom Denny

Tom Denny is currently the Head of People at Codat. Prior to this, they worked as a Microsoft Development Consultant at Gravitas Recruitment Group from May 2016 to July 2019. Tom was responsible for placing permanent professionals throughout London on the Microsoft Development Team.

Denny's core skills include working with C# .NET Framework, ASP.NET / MVC, WEB API, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular 2/4, ReactJS, Bootstrap, DevOps – CI, CD, Octopus Deploy, Team City, TFS, MSBuild, ORM- nHibernate, Entity Framework, Dapper, SQL Server, MongoDB , Unit testing/ Mocking Frameworks- nUnit, MoQ, Rhino Mocks, IOC/ Dependency Injection- Castle Windsor, Unity, Agile- TDD/ BDD/ DDD/ Scrum, and Azure/Cloud. Tom was also responsible for Talent Solutions delivery strategy and supporting client delivery through a partnership approach.

Working with organisations to ensure legislative compliance, increased employer brand awareness, employee retention, reduction of time to hire, large cost savings and enhanced recruitment and interview processes are some of the areas in which Denny excelled.

Tom Denny is a graphic designer who graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
