Ralph Marinello

Ralph Marinello is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager at Codat. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant - Financial Technology Product at Selby Jennings from July 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were a Staffing Executive at Robert Half from April 2018 to April 2020. Ralph has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Callahan & Fusco, LLC. from September 2016 to September 2017, and as an Operations Intern at QBE North America from June 2014 to August 2014. Ralph began their career as an Assistant Manager at Stewart’s Restaurant from June 2012 to June 2014.

Ralph Marinello began their educational career by receiving a high school diploma from Christian Brothers Academy. Ralph then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Ralph Marinello reports to Tom Denny, Head of People. They are on a team with Victoria Wright - Talent Acquisition Manager, Zak Forbes - Global Talent Lead, and Jake Frankovits - Talent Acquisition Specialist.
