Aude Godinot-Andre has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent development, learning and organization development, and change management. Aude currently works at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as the Head of Talent Development. Prior to that, they worked at Basware for six years, where they held the positions of Director of Learning and Organizational Development and Global Learning and Development Senior Manager. Aude also worked as a Results Certified Coach and in HR Development and Change Management at corporate level for Microsoft. Aude started their career at Nokia, where they held multiple positions in HR Development and Change Management at both the corporate and unit levels, as well as Line Manager roles. Aude also worked at NEC Technologies UK Ltd as an Integration Team Leader and at Alcatel Mobile Phones as a Task Leader.
Aude Godinot-Andre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, obtained in 1993. Aude also obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol in 1992 and a Master of Engineering degree ("Diplôme d'Ingénieur") in Computer Science ("Informatique") from EFREI Paris in 1992. Prior to that, they completed a DUT Génie électrique informatique industrielle from Institut Universitaire de Technology, Cachan in 1989-1987. Additionally, Aude Godinot-Andre has obtained various certifications including the WorkPlace Big Five Profile from Paradigm Personality Labs in 2022, the Results Certified Coach from Results Coaching Systems in 2015, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in 2016, and the Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in 2016. Aude also has certifications in the Decisions Style Assessment and the Team Management Profile (TMP) from Korn Ferry and TMSDI LIMITED, respectively.
