Alison Hess

Alison Hess has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Alison started their career as a copywriter at Eziba, where they contributed to brand-building efforts through print campaigns and website content. Alison then worked as a copywriter at CDMi Connect and R/GA before joining Momentum as an ACD/writer. Alison also founded their own company, Alison Hess, Inc., where they developed original voices and digital strategies for various clients. Alison later joined Code and Theory as a Creative Director, overseeing projects for clients such as adidas Originals, Under Armour, and Comcast's Xfinity Mobile. In their current role as Group Creative Director, Alison continues to lead creative teams and pitch to clients. Prior to their current position, they worked at Generousitas, an agency in Jamaica, where they helped the business grow and worked with clients in industries such as finance, telecommunications, and tourism. Overall, Alison Hess has a proven track record of successfully leading and growing creative teams, pitching and winning new accounts, and developing original voices for a diverse range of clients.

Alison Hess pursued their education at Williams College from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Religion and English.
