Director Product Strategy at Code and Theory

Fallon Jensen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product management and strategy. Starting in 2010 as a Product and Marketing Lead at On Demand Software Inc., Fallon went on to work as a Product Manager at Verio, An NTT Communications Company, where they were responsible for building strategic partnerships and strengthening retail and OEM channels. Fallon later co-founded Product Camp South Florida, an organization focused on collaborative training and coaching for product professionals.

Fallon then joined Citrix as an Associate Product Manager for OpenVoice Audio Conferencing, and was later promoted to Product Line Manager for GoToMeeting, where they managed the mobile offering and worked on building the next-generation user experience. Fallon played a crucial role in driving transformational improvement and innovation at Citrix.

After leaving Citrix, Fallon took on the role of Interim Head of Product at Dock, a blockchain startup, where they built the overall company strategy, pivoted the product strategy from B2C to B2B focus, and achieved revenue growth by implementing targeted product enhancements.

Fallon also worked at LogMeIn as a Senior Product Manager and Staff Product Manager, leading customer analytics and integrations strategy, and as a Director, Product Growth at Noom, expanding the growth engine for their new mental wellness product, Noom Mood.

In addition to their roles in various companies, Fallon worked as a Strategic Advisor for Onic Systems, where they consulted on product strategy and problem solution fit for multiple subsidiaries, and transitioned an early-stage subsidiary to a remote-first company structure.

Most recently, Fallon has been working at Code and Theory as a Group Product Manager and Director of Product Strategy.

Fallon Jensen received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Brigham Young University. In addition, they obtained two certifications: Pragmatic Marketing Certified IV- Focus from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in February 2019, and Pragmatic Marketing Certified - III (Foundations, Market, and Launch) from Pragmatic Marketing in April 2014.
