Victoria Cofre

Victoria Cofre has worked in the field of chemistry for over 15 years. Victoria began their career in 2005 at Merck as a Chemist, where they were responsible for the design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel biologically active small molecules. Victoria utilized analysis of SAR and pharmacological data, as well as multistep organic synthesis and modern chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. Victoria also presented results to appropriate project teams in both oral and written report formats and contributed to manuscripts for patents and publications. In 2014, they joined Particle Sciences, Inc. as a Chemist. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Preclinical Process Development Lead at Code Biotherapeutics.

Victoria Cofre received their Master's degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Bryn Mawr College, also studying Chemistry.
