Natalia Paszkowski

Natalia Paszkowski is the current VP of Finance at Codility. Natalia has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Paszkowski started their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2007 as an Audit Services staff member. Natalia moved to KPMG Audit in 2010, where they worked as an Audit Staff member until 2011. From there, they transitioned to Transaction Services at PwC in 2012.

In 2015, Paszkowski became the Global Assistant Controller at Katerra Inc. Natalia held this position until 2017 when they left to become the Controller/Head of Finance (US) at Wix.com. Natalia remained in this role until 2020.

Paszkowski is currently the VP of Finance at Codility. In this role, they are responsible for leading the finance team and overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

Natalia Paszkowski has a BSBA in Accounting from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Natalia also attended American School of Warsaw for high school.
