Neil Morelli

Neil Morelli has a strong background in assessment platforms and pre-employment assessments. Neil currently holds the position of Chief I-O Psychologist at Codility, where they oversee the evaluation of tech talent. Prior to that, they were the VP of Product and Assessment Science at HighMatch (formerly Berke), where they led product R&D and professional services delivery. Neil also served as the Head of Product and Selection Science at The Cole Group, specializing in sales and marketing roles. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Solutions Consultant at Logi-Serve and as a Talent Management Consultant at APTMetrics. Neil has also conducted research as a Graduate Instructor and Researcher at the University of Georgia. Overall, Neil has a strong track record in product development, research, and validation of assessment tools.

Neil Morelli has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia. Prior to that, they earned an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Neil also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. In addition to their academic degrees, Neil has obtained a certification in AI Programming in Python from Udacity in December 2018.
