Troy Osborne

Troy Osborne is an experienced emergency medical professional currently serving as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic at Coeur Mining, Inc. since February 2019. With a background as the Tactical Emergency Medical Services Chair for the Rocky Mountain Tactical Team Association and involvement with the International Public Safety Association's Rescue Task Force Committee, Troy specializes in Tactical Life Saver and TCCC training, providing education on subjects such as active shooter response, CPR, first aid, and trauma management. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Emergency Manager at Banner Health and Division Chief for Banner Health Paramedic Services, where responsibilities included supervising paramedic crews and ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
