Eden Joy de Leon

Eden Joy De Leon has extensive work experience in the IT and technical support field. They are currently working at COFENSE as a Global Technical Support Manager and Team Manager since March 2021. Prior to this, they held a position at Reed Elsevier Philippines as an Operations Supervisor from September 2018 to May 2019, a Subject Matter Expert from April 2015 to September 2018, and an IT Service Desk Analyst from January 2013 to April 2015. Before joining Reed Elsevier Philippines, they worked at Harte Hanks as an IT Helpdesk Analyst from March 2012 to December 2012. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Senior IT Analyst at Manulife from August 2008 to September 2011, and a Billing Analyst at Accenture from September 2005 to January 2007.

Eden Joy De Leon earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New Era University in Quezon City. The degree was obtained between the years 2000 and 2005. In addition, Eden obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in May 2016.
