Marjorie Canjura

Marjorie Canjura is an experienced professional in the cocoa, coffee, and food industries, currently serving as a Sourcing Project Manager at Grain de Sail since November 2023. Marjorie is also the Founder of Espressiva S.A. de C.V. and works as a Consultant for Swisscontact and the Catholic Relief Services. As a lecturer for the Coffee Quality Institute, Marjorie specializes in quality evaluation programs. Previous roles include significant positions at BELCO, where Marjorie held titles such as Head of Belco El Salvador and Global Head of I&D Field Division. Marjorie's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Coffee Economics and Science from Università degli Studi di Trieste and two Bachelor's degrees in Food Science and Technology from EAP Zamorano and Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado.
