Raf Mlodzianowski

Raf Mlodzianowski is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager for Omwani Coffee since November 2023. As CEO of Raf & Co Coffee since May 2019, Raf has been actively involved in various consulting roles, including a recent position as a Consultant for Bean Mind focused on product development. Previous experience includes serving as Expansion Manager for BESCA ROASTERS, where Raf contributed to in-house roast profiling systems and market growth in Europe. Other roles in quality control, production line consulting, and development across multiple coffee companies highlight Raf's expertise in sales, product development, and market strategy. Raf also holds a BA Hon. in Film and Video Production from the University of West London, completed in 2011.
