Traci is a mechanical engineering principal in the Spokane office where she manages a talented group of professionals providing mechanical and fire protection engineering as well as commissioning services to clients. Clients seek her out for their most complex projects, including phased healthcare surgery suite remodels, new central plants, biological labs using select agents, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. She is actively involved in the design of these projects from concept through construction. Traci’s years of managing multidiscipline projects give her the ability to assist in early project planning to better understand infrastructure requirements and the consequences of early concept decisions. This reduces risk for her clients by establishing an accurate scope and budget. She also helps clients with decisions regarding energy efficient features of mechanical systems that integrate into the building architecture or that are eligible for utility incentives.
Traci is an American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) fellow and a frequent lecturer about the impact of indoor air hydration on occupant health and the spread of infectious diseases. She also serves on Coffman’s board of directors as the secretary, providing strategic leadership to the company, and she serves on the corporate ethics committee.
