Maria Sharon Conception Noronha

Maria Sharon Conception Noronha is an experienced office and administrative professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Coforge since May 2022, Maria is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Toronto Global office, including employee onboarding, payroll management, and policy updates. Prior to this role, Maria held several key positions, including Human Resources Administrator at the International College of Engineering and Management, Administrative Manager at Bawadi Al Jazeera Trad. LLC-MEP, and Manager Operations Administration at Excellent Healthcare Complex LLC. Maria’s extensive experience also includes a role as Senior Assistant Administration for the Public Health Department Government of Goa and Customer Relationship Officer for Tommy Hilfiger. Maria holds an MBA in Human Resources from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Dempo Charities Trust Dhempe College of Arts & Science.
