Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Coforma since July 2025. Previously, Victor held the role of VP of Engineering at Beam (formerly Edquity) from November 2022 to July 2025 and worked at Rebellion Defense from March 2020 to November 2022, focusing on developing advanced products for defense and national security. Additional experience includes serving as a member of the Biden-Harris Transition Team for the Department of Defense, and leading software engineering teams at The Walt Disney Company and National Geographic. Victor co-founded Coforma and has also held significant positions at the United States Digital Service and Yahoo!, accumulating extensive experience in engineering leadership and innovation. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University.
