Mante Sidlauskaite

Mante Sidlauskaite has been working in the tech industry since 2013. In that year, they began their role as Co Organizer for TEDxKaunas. In 2015, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager for Xplicity. In 2018, they became the CEO of Cogastro, a data management system for the production of edible insect farms. In this role, they capture important data and tracks operations to assure traceability and to improve farming efficiency.

Mante Sidlauskaite holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Kaunas University of Technology (2014-2016) and a Master's Degree in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2015). Mante also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Radboud University (2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Leadership from Kaunas University of Technology (2010-2014).
