Flavie Gonzalez

Flavie Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in IT operations and information systems management. Flavie currently holds the position of VP of IT Operations & CIO at Cogent Communications, where they lead a team focused on delivering a great employee experience. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Information Systems & Vice President IS at Iron Mountain, where they were responsible for improving project delivery and maximizing the value of IT investments. Flavie also served as the Director of IT Shared Services Solutions at Equinix and as the Sr. Director of Information Systems at Cisco, where they led multi-disciplinary teams and played a key role in cross-channel initiatives and systems integration.

Flavie Gonzalez completed an MBA in Strategic Data-Driven Management from Wharton Executive Education from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001.
