Philippe Loustau

Philippe Loustau is an experienced professional in reliability and innovation with a diverse background in engineering and consultancy. Currently serving as Reliability & Innovation Lead at Cognascents Consulting Group since August 2022, Philippe supports clients in addressing reliability challenges. Prior to this role, Philippe worked at National Oilwell Varco as Instrumentation & Reliability Lead, focusing on data-driven solutions for hardware products. Experience also includes positions at Wood Group, VIAS, and Lloyd's Register Energy, where Philippe contributed to technology programs, business development, and project management in areas such as vibration analysis and machinery dynamics. Philippe holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Institut français de Mécanique avancée and has also completed a business unit management program at HEC Paris.
