Dr. Nandita Mehta

Dr. Nandita Mehta has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Dr. Nandita is currently the Head of Human Resources at Cogneesol since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Insight Consulting at Insight Consulting in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Saurav Chemicals Limited. Before that, they worked as a Consultant in Organization Development at Erehwon Innovation Consulting from 2017 to 2019. Dr. Mehta's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Leadership Development India and APJ at Dell from 2007 to 2017.
