Stephen Gardeen

Stephen Gardeen has worked in the field of data science since 2011. Stephen began their career at Quantum Retail Technology, where they held the roles of Chief Scientist, Senior Cloud Analytics Scientist, Cloud Analytics Scientist, and Delivery Scientist. In 2019, they joined Cognira as a Principal Data Scientist. Prior to their work in data science, Stephen worked at the University of Minnesota, where they held the roles of Graduate Student, Physics Teaching Assistant, Neuro-physical-computational Sciences Graduate Fellowship, and Physics Teaching Assistant.

Stephen Gardeen completed their Bachelor's degrees in Physics, Applied Physics, and Computer Science from Bethel University between 1999 and 2003. Stephen then went on to pursue a PhD in Physics from the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2010.
