Iago Germano Silva

Iago Germano Silva has a diverse work experience starting from 2021 until present. Iago Germano started off their career as a Suporte Amazon Brasil role at Teleperformance, where they provided support to Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Streaming customers. Iago Germano gained knowledge in customer service and problem-solving. Iago Germano also represented the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), demonstrating leadership skills and concern for workplace safety.

In 2022, Iago worked as a Bolsista Desenvolvedor FullStack role at Parque Tecnológico Itaipu. Here, they visited clients to understand their needs and developed a customized proposal using Angular and Node technologies.

In the same year, they also worked as a Bolsista Huawei ICT Academy Tutor at ICT Academy | IFPR Londrina. Iago Germano acquired extensive knowledge in Cloud Computing through Huawei Cloud platform studies. Additionally, they mentored students in related projects and produced tutorial videos to facilitate understanding of cloud computing functionalities.

Currently, Iago is an Estagiário Tech Sales at Cognitivo.ai starting from 2023. In this role, they analyze customer needs in data engineering, BI, and artificial intelligence, offering technical and technological solutions. Iago Germano presents product and service information clearly, keeping up to date with new technologies and market trends to provide innovative and tailored solutions to clients.

Iago Germano Silva began their education at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 2017 to 2019, where they completed their Ensino Médio integrado ao técnico de informática, specializing in Informática. Following their high school education, from 2020 to 2022, Iago enrolled at the Federal University of Technology - Parana to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Ciência da Computação. In 2022, they completed their undergraduate studies and obtained their degree.

In 2022, Iago continued their education at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Paraná - IFPR Londrina, pursuing a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Análise e desenvolvimento de sistemas. Their time at IFPR spanned from 2022 to 2023.

Additionally, Iago acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they obtained the certifications in Fundamentos de Engenharia de Dados from Data Science Academy, Certificado HCIA-Cloud Services from Huawei Brasil, Introdução Scrum from DIO, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.

In the same year, Iago also took a Harvard Online Learning course at Harvard University focused on Machine Learning, which lasted for the duration of 2023.
