Jenifer Paredes

Jenifer Paredes has a work experience that includes roles in various companies. Jenifer worked as a People Generalist at Cognits starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were a Coordinadora Académica at Universidad Galileo from 2016 to 2018. Jenifer also served as an Asistente Administrativa at Equinox from 2015 to 2017, and as an Asistente de Cursos at Grupo Buró from 2015 to 2016.

Jenifer Paredes completed their Bachelor's degree in Licenciatura en Psicología Industrial at Universidad Da Vinci de Guatemala, from 2014 to 2019. Jenifer then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Gestión de Talento Humano from the same university, from 2020 to 2022.
