Tushar Phadnis

Tushar Phadnis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global delivery and account management across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Director and Global Delivery Partner at Cognizant since September 2016, Tushar oversees a portfolio of approximately $200 million, responsible for profitability and delivery of customer engagements. Prior roles include Director and Engagement Delivery Partner at Cognizant, and Delivery Head at Capgemini, where Tushar managed a significant global banking account. Tushar's tenure at Wipro spanned 15 years, during which key accomplishments included transforming service portfolios, establishing centers of excellence within the Insurance division, and successfully delivering high-impact programs. Tushar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Application Engineering from Boston's Institute, Mumbai.
