Tuvila Magdalene

Tuvila Magdalene has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Cognizant since June 2014. Previously, Tuvila held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at CGI India from May 2011 to June 2014 and was involved in talent management at iNautix Technologies. Early career roles included Manager of Human Resources at HCL Technologies and HR at Expertus Infotech. Tuvila's educational background includes a Diploma in HR from PGDHRM and an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph College of Engineering, complemented by a BCom in Commerce from Stella Maris College.
