Alex Drummond

Alex Drummond's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Client Delivery Director (APAC) at Cogo, a company that provides carbon footprint management products. In this role, Alex is responsible for project management, strategy, innovation, and delivery, both for clients and internal systems.

- Previously worked as a Community Development Manager at Be Collective, a community organization with a technology solution. Alex was responsible for leading the business development and implementation of the Be Collective platform in New Zealand, helping organizations measure and report on their social impact.

- Prior to that, Alex held various roles at SADD AOTEAROA Charitable Trust, including Senior Delivery Lead, Delivery Team Leader (maternity leave cover), and Programme Delivery Lead.

- Alex also worked as a Football Coach for various organizations from 2012 to 2019.

- Additionally, Alex was self-employed at The Wolf You Feed from 2015 to 2016.

- Alex started their career as a Secondary School Teacher at Wellington College, teaching music and being responsible for the coordination and administration of teaching and learning in the Music Department. Alex also served as the Acting HOD during a specific period, overseeing the management of staff and organizing events and concerts.

Alex Drummond completed a Masters of Business Development in Product Management and Innovation at The University of Auckland from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching - Secondary with a focus on Music and Health from Dunedin College of Education in 2011. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music and Psychology from the University of Otago, acquired from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have pursued continuing education in soccer coaching through various licenses from New Zealand Football, including an OFC/NZF B License in 2019, an OFC/NZF B License, Part 2 in August 2019, and an OFC/NZF C License from 2017 to 2020.
