Aris Konstantinidis

Aris Konstantinidis has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Aris started their career in 2012 as a Co-Founder at ethelon, where they played a key role in establishing the NGO as a hub for volunteerism in Greece. Aris was responsible for strengthening and coordinating communication between NGOs, volunteers, and corporations.

In 2013, they joined TEDxAthens as a Partnerships Manager, where they contributed to the development and growth of the world-class conference on innovation and creativity. Aris continued their involvement with TEDx events by serving as the Sponsorships Director at TEDxAUEB, organizing the first TEDx event in a Greek university.

Aris then gained further experience in the business sector, working as a Marketing Intern at Cookisto in 2013 and as a Business Process Outsourcing Associate at PwC from 2015 to 2017. At PwC, they provided high-value business solutions, specializing in finance visioning, profitability review, and ERP solutions.

In 2018, Aris briefly worked as a Business Development professional at ClimateAI, focusing on expanding the company's presence and partnerships.

Aris joined OpenAI in 2019 as a Business Operations member, contributing to the organization's success until 2023. During their tenure, they played a key role in supporting the company's operations and strategic decision-making.

Most recently, Aris joined Cohere in 2023 to work on Strategy & Business Operations, where they are currently applying their expertise to drive the company's success.
