Shannon Lane

Shannon Lane is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & Systems at Cohu, Inc. since February 2021, Shannon previously held positions such as Global Compensation Manager and Human Resources Director at Songo Media. During Shannon's tenure at Power Integrations, responsibilities included managing HR and office functions while leading a team of four direct reports. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at NetSuite and HR Manager at Cswitch, VMware, Orion Multisystems, and Transmeta, with a focus on HR functions, compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Los Medanos College.
