Robyn Barton

Robyn Barton is a skilled learning and talent development professional with extensive experience in designing and executing training programs. Currently serving as a Learning Business Partner at Coinbase since June 2022, Robyn collaborates with functional leaders and HR business partners to align learning initiatives with business needs. Previously, as the Global Director of Talent Development at PartnerHero, Robyn established the vision and strategy for the L&D team while managing a diverse group of specialists. Robyn's background includes program management roles at Airbnb, overseeing safety and claims training programs, and prior experience as a head coach for junior varsity volleyball teams. Robyn holds a BBA in Marketing with an International Emphasis from William & Mary, an MBA, and a Master's degree in Fashion Management.
