Vikki Sly

Vikki Sly has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of people and culture. Vikki currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Coincover since April 2023. Prior to that, from July 2022 to April 2023, they worked on independent people and culture projects.

Before their current role, Vikki served as the VP of People at Bitrise from January 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for leading the people team and implementing inclusive practices. Vikki also held the position of VP People and Culture Interim at ICEYE from June 2020 to December 2020, working as an independent people consultant and leading the People team. During this time, they were also actively involved as a mentor at Leaders Plus and collaborated on building an engagement platform called 'The WellRoom' for CRSI consulting firm.

From December 2018 to May 2020, Vikki worked as the Chief People Officer at Blue Prism, emphasizing their expertise in people management. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at Qlik, starting as the Vice President Talent Development from November 2015 to November 2018. At Qlik, they played a key role in developing leadership and executive development programs, implementing e-learning, and designing learning pathways for employees. Vikki also served as the Director of Recruitment & HR BP Global Services at Qlik from November 2010 to November 2015, where they established a Global Recruitment Center of Expertise and drove talent acquisition initiatives.

Vikki's earlier experience includes roles at SAP as the Global Director of Executive Resourcing for a short period in 2010, at Barclaycard as the Resourcing Director from August 2006 to September 2009, at Vodafone as the Head of External Executive Recruitment in 2005, and at PeopleSoft as the Staffing Director EMEA from 2002 to 2005.

Vikki Sly attended The University of Huddersfield from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a BA in English/Humanities.
