Pushkar Soorma has a strong work background in Information Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Pushkar currently works at CoinDCX as a Lead InfoSec Engineer - GRC, responsible for establishing Information Security Governance risk and compliance and building an information security culture. Prior to that, they worked at Flipkart as an Information Security Engineer, focusing on GRC and IS Risk Management for the e-commerce business. Pushkar also has experience at FIS as a Senior Executive Risk Management, leading a team in managing third-party/vendor risk management and assessment strategy globally. Before that, they worked as an Information Security Consultant at Xiarch Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Pushkar Soorma completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from NOIDA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Greater Noida, between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their 12th Class from Summer Fields School, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, in the field of science in 2011-2012. In 2009-2010, they had completed their Class 10th from Summer Fields School, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, with a focus on Maths, English, Science, Social Studies, and Hindi. Additionally, Pushkar Soorma has obtained multiple certifications in various IT and security-related fields from institutions such as Udemy, (ISC)², LinkedIn, ISACA, OneTrust, BSI, Amazon Web Services (AWS), EC-Council, Aspiring Minds, Coursera, and Cybrary, between 2016 and 2023.
