Ettore Trozzi

Ettore Trozzi has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Educator for Landespflege und Betreuungszentrum Scloss Haus. In 2011, they took on the role of President for Associazione Culturale "La Rosa Bianca". From 2010 to 2019, they worked as a Teacher and Translator for their own freelance business. In 2015, they became a Creative Trainer for Apple. In 2019, they were a Customer Success Specialist for Too Good To Go. In 2021, they were a Customer Support Manager for Stocard - Your Mobile Wallet, as well as a Customer Success Manager for Taxfix. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Senior Product Support Specialist for CoinTracker.

Ettore Trozzi has a varied educational background. In 2018, they began studying English Language and Literature/Letters at The Open University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In 2022, they began a Micromasters Program in Instructional Design and Technology at University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2015, they attended the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and also attended the Norwich Institute for Language Education - NILE for a course in Classroom Activities, Interaction and Motivation. In 2009, they attended the European Commission for a Youthpass program. Additionally, Trozzi has obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as Linkedin Learning, Duke University, Coursera, ESSEC Business School, Udemy, and Codecademy.
