Meghan Lorig

Meghan Lorig has a wealth of experience in the recruitment field. Meghan began their career at Google in 2006 as a Recruiter and then moved into the role of Operations Manager, Commerce Sales. In 2012, they joined Twitter as a Manager, Technical Sourcing and Manager, University Recruiting, where they managed a team of recruiters and developed and implemented a campus recruiting strategy. In 2016, they became Head of Talent at Lob, followed by North America Recruiting Manager at Intercom in 2018. From 2019-2022, they served as Global Director, Engineering Recruiting at Coinbase, and is currently the Head of Talent at CoinTracker.

Meghan Lorig received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arizona. Meghan then attended The Coaches Training Institute from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained their CPCC, Co-Active Coaching certification.
